Acceptable Use Policy

What This Covers

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the photoZseo online store hosting service, which lets a seller publish a public storefront at photozseo.com/store and on discovery surfaces like /market. photoZseo only provides hosting and publishing tools. It does not make, source, inspect, warehouse, ship, or sell any goods, and is not a party to any sale between a seller and a buyer. Sellers are fully responsible for everything they publish and for keeping it lawful everywhere their store can be seen and goods can be shipped.

Prohibited Items

You may not publish, list, offer, promote, or link to any of the following. The examples are illustrative, not exhaustive — if something falls within a category, it is prohibited even if it is not named.

• Weapons, firearms, and explosives — guns of any kind, ammunition, blank-firing or starter pistols, explosives, and parts or kits to assemble them.
• Drugs and controlled substances — illegal drugs and narcotics, scheduled substances, and prescription-only medication offered without lawful authorization.
• Counterfeit and infringing goods — replica, "1:1," or imitation products, items using a brand or logo without authorization, and anything that infringes intellectual property.
• Stolen or illegally obtained goods — stolen property or goods possessed unlawfully.
• Hate and extremist material — content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination, and extremist, terrorist, or hate-group symbols or propaganda.
• Wildlife and endangered-species products — live protected animals and products from protected species, such as elephant ivory and rhino horn.
• Regulated products — tobacco, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes and nicotine products, and other heavily age- or license-restricted goods.
• Fraud and forged documents — fake or forged identity, travel, or official documents, stolen or cloned payment instruments, and tools or data used to commit financial fraud.
• Human organs and body parts — human organs, tissue, fluids, or remains offered for sale, and related biological waste.
• Adult and sexual content — pornographic or sexually explicit material, escort or sexual services, and products marketed as sexual content.
• Unsafe and recalled products — products subject to a recall, products banned for sale in the buyer's country, and products without the safety information the law requires.
• Sanctioned and export-controlled goods — goods sold to sanctioned persons or destinations, and dual-use or controlled goods without the required license.

Prohibited Conduct

Regardless of the goods involved, the following conduct is not allowed:

• Fraud and deception — misrepresenting yourself, your business, or the origin, condition, authenticity, or availability of goods, and non-delivery schemes.
• Misleading pricing and claims — fake "original" or "was" prices, exaggerated discounts, bait pricing, false scarcity, fake reviews, or unsupported product claims.
• Spam and manipulation — bulk or deceptive listings, keyword stuffing, creating multiple stores to evade limits, or manipulating search and discovery.
• Impersonation — pretending to be another person, brand, business, or authority, or falsely claiming affiliation or endorsement.
• Unlawful or harmful use — breaking any applicable law, infringing others' rights, distributing malware, or harassing, threatening, or harming others.

How We Enforce This

To enforce this policy, photoZseo may, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice:

• Screen store content automatically at publish time, including keyword screening of text and screening of product images, and block or reject content that matches a prohibited category.
• Remove, disable, hide, or de-list any store, product, image, or content. Removal disables the public page only — your original images stored in your own cloud (for example Google Drive) are not deleted.
• Suspend or permanently terminate the account and stores of any seller who repeatedly or seriously violates this policy.
• Not waive any rights — choosing not to act on a violation does not give up the right to act on it or any other violation later.

Report a Violation

If you believe a store or listing violates this policy or the law, email us with the store address (photozseo.com/store/...) and a description of the problem. We aim to review reports promptly and act where appropriate. Submitting knowingly false or abusive reports is itself a violation.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The current version and last-updated date are shown above. Continuing to publish or keep a store after an update means you accept the updated policy.
