Delete Your Data
photoZseo does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all app data using the methods below.
Option 1: From the App
- Open photoZseo
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Clear All Data" under Storage
- Authenticate with Face ID / fingerprint / passcode
- Confirm the deletion
This will permanently delete all projects, images, and settings from the app.
Option 2: Via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Data" and we will guide you through the process.
We will respond within 48 hours.
What Gets Deleted
- All projects and processed images stored in the app
- All app settings and preferences
- Shopify connection data (if connected)
What Is Not Affected
- Photos previously saved to your device's Photo Library
- Your subscription (manage separately in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
