Marketplace Rules and Transparency

What This Page Covers

photozseo.com/market lists products from independent sellers who publish their stores with the photoZseo app. This page explains how listings get onto the marketplace, how they are ordered, how you can report a problem and how we decide. It also gives the information required by the EU Digital Services Act and similar laws.

Contact Point

For users, sellers and authorities, our single point of contact is [email protected]. You can write to us in English or Turkish. Authorities can use the same address and should mark their message as an official request.

Our Role

photoZseo provides hosting and a search and listing service. We are not the seller, we do not take payments, hold money, ship goods or handle returns. Each sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller. The seller's identity and contact details are shown on every product page.

How Listings Get Here

A product appears on the marketplace only after the seller publishes a store and turns on marketplace listing. Sellers must accept the Online Store Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Listings are screened automatically when they are published.

Business or Private Seller

Each product page shows who sells the product and links to the seller's store page, where the seller type the seller declared (such as manufacturer, distributor or private seller) and the seller's contact details are shown. Consumer protection rights, such as the right of withdrawal, generally apply only when you buy from a business. When you buy from a private person, these rights may not apply.

How Listings Are Ordered

By default, the newest or most recently updated listings come first. You can sort by price instead. When you search, we show the listings whose title, description and tags match your words, with tolerance for small typos. A search in another language may be machine-translated. Category, city, price and stock filters narrow the results. No listing is sponsored, and no seller can pay for a better position.

Reviews

The marketplace does not show ratings or customer reviews, so none can be bought or faked. Sellers must not add fake reviews or endorsements to their listings.

Prices

Sellers set their own prices. If a listing shows an earlier price next to a reduced price, the earlier price must be the lowest price the seller charged in the 30 days before the reduction. Prices shown in another currency are approximate conversions. The seller's price in the seller's currency is binding.

Product Safety

Sellers who sell to consumers in the EU must give the manufacturer's details, product identification and any warnings in the listing, for example in the product description. If you think a product is unsafe or has been recalled, report it. We remove unsafe products and cooperate with market surveillance authorities.

Report Illegal or Unsafe Content

Use the Report link on any product or store page, or email [email protected]. To help us act quickly, include:

the exact address (URL) of the listing or store;
why you think it is illegal, unsafe or against our rules;
your name and email address (optional for reports about child sexual abuse material);
a statement that you believe the information in your report is accurate and complete.

We confirm that we received your report, review it promptly and without bias, and tell you what we decided. Intellectual property owners can use the same channel. [email protected]

Our Decisions

If we remove, hide or restrict a listing or suspend a store, we tell the seller why: the facts, the rule or law we relied on, whether the decision was automated, and how to appeal. We act on valid orders from authorities and inform the people concerned unless the law forbids it.

Complaints and Appeals

Sellers and people who reported content can contest our decision within six months by replying to our notice or emailing [email protected]. A person, not an automated system, reviews every appeal. You can also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the Digital Services Act or go to court. For consumer disputes with a business seller in Türkiye, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and consumer courts are available.

Repeated Misuse

We suspend sellers who often publish clearly illegal content, after a warning. We may stop processing reports from people who often send clearly unfounded reports.

Advertising and Minors

The marketplace shows no advertising and does not profile users. It is meant for adults. Adult content and age-restricted products are not allowed.

Applicable Rules

These rules follow, where they apply, the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988), EU consumer law on price reductions and reviews, the GDPR, the Turkish E-Commerce Law No. 6563 and its regulations, the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the KVKK and the U.S. INFORM Consumers Act. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under mandatory law.
