Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using photoZseo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

photoZseo is a mobile application that helps e-commerce sellers optimize product photos by resizing, compressing, and generating SEO-friendly filenames. All image processing is performed locally on your device.

Subscriptions & Payments

• photoZseo offers a free tier with watermarked exports and a Pro subscription for full features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions or Google Play > Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

Subscription Plans

• Weekly — $2.99 per week
• Monthly — 3-day free trial, then $6.99 per month
• Quarterly — $12.99 every 3 months (save 38%, equivalent to $4.33/month)
• Annual — $39.99 per year (save 52%, equivalent to $3.33/month)

All prices in USD. Local currency equivalents are set by the App Store based on your region.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and branding are the property of photoZseo. You retain full ownership of any photos you process using the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute or resell the app or its features.

Disclaimer

photoZseo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from the use of the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, photoZseo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
