Online Store Terms
Last updated: October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22
About These Terms
These terms apply when you use photoZseo to publish an online store at photozseo.com/store or on discovery surfaces like /market. They are written to be simple and honest: nobody should mislead anyone. By publishing a store, you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Our Role: Hosting Only
photoZseo is a neutral hosting and publishing tool. We are not the seller, not the buyer, and not a party to any sale. We do not make, source, inspect, store, ship, or sell any goods, and we do not set prices or handle returns. The contract for any purchase is strictly between the seller and the buyer.
We Do Not Process Payments
photoZseo does not collect, hold, or process payments for store sales. Any payment, invoicing, or money transfer happens directly between the buyer and the seller, outside the platform. Buyers should be cautious with any request to pay outside a trusted, traceable method, and sellers must never pressure buyers into unsafe payment methods.
Seller Responsibilities
If you publish a store, you alone are responsible for:
- The legality of every product, image, claim, and price in every place your store can be seen and goods can ship.
- Honest, accurate listings — real photos, true descriptions, genuine prices and stock, and no fake reviews or misleading discounts.
- All taxes, duties, licenses, and legal or regulatory obligations connected to your sales.
- Fulfilling orders, delivery, warranties, refunds, and returns — and clearly stating your return and refund terms to buyers.
- Answering buyer questions and resolving disputes directly with your buyers.
Seller Identity and Trader Status
Tell buyers truthfully whether you sell as a business (trader) or as a private person. If you sell as a business, give your legal or trade name, a geographic address, contact details and, where you have them, your trade register and tax or VAT number. We may ask you to verify this information and may suspend your store if it is false, incomplete or out of date. If you reach high sales volumes in the United States, you must also provide the information required by the INFORM Consumers Act when we ask for it.
Consumer Law
If you sell as a business to consumers, you must follow the consumer law of the buyer's country. This includes clear information before the order, total prices including taxes and delivery costs, the right of withdrawal where it applies (for example 14 days in the EU and in Türkiye), the legal guarantee, and compliance with distance-selling and e-commerce rules such as the Turkish Law No. 6563 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Product Safety
Sell only safe and compliant products. When you sell to consumers in the EU, each listing must show the manufacturer's name and postal and electronic address, the EU responsible person where one is required, information that identifies the product (such as a type, batch or serial number, and a picture) and any warnings or safety information in the language of the buyer. If a product is recalled or found unsafe, remove it right away and tell your buyers.
Prices and Discounts
Show the real price you charge. If you show a reduced price next to an earlier price, the earlier price must be the lowest price you charged in the 30 days before the reduction. Do not show fake "was" prices, countdowns or false scarcity.
Reviews and Endorsements
Do not publish fake, bought or incentivized reviews, ratings or endorsements in your listings, and do not misrepresent what customers have said.
Buyer Data
You are an independent controller of the buyer data you receive with an order. Use it only to fulfil the order and to meet your legal duties, keep it secure, and do not use it for marketing without the buyer's consent.
Sanctions and Export Controls
Do not sell to sanctioned persons or destinations, and do not sell goods that need an export license you do not have.
Buyer Awareness
Because photoZseo only hosts the storefront, we do not guarantee any product, seller, price, or transaction. Before buying:
- Check the seller's details, contact information, return policy, and pricing carefully.
- Prefer safe, traceable payment methods and be wary of unusual payment requests.
- Report any store or listing that looks fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful so we can review it.
Our Right to Remove
photoZseo may remove, disable, hide, or de-list any store, product, image, or content at its sole discretion, with or without notice — for example if it breaks these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law. Removal disables the public page only; your original images in your own cloud storage are not deleted. We may also suspend or terminate stores for repeat or serious violations.
No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The hosting service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, photoZseo is not liable for the conduct of sellers or buyers, for any product or transaction, or for any loss arising from store content or sales between users.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version and last-updated date are shown above. Continuing to publish or keep a store after an update means you accept the updated terms.
